German online lottery provider Zeal Network has brought in a dedicated manager for its Dream House Raffle after noting the product’s unexpected impact on the company’s 2024 results.

Zeal said the Dream House Raffle, the first charity lottery in Germany involving an existing property, exceeded expectations, selling around 14 million tickets between August and October.

To give the product a stronger footing, Luisa Haxel, whose career to date has involved roles in the property and real estate industry, has become its manager.

“I'm looking forward to developing the brand further together with the team and providing new impetus for the business model, which is unique in Germany to date,” she said.

Haxel will also manage Dreamify, the non-profit organisation which runs the Dream House Raffle.
