Zeal Network has appointed Sebastian Bielski as its new chief financial officer to replace Jonas Mattsson.

Bielski will first join the management board on September 15 before becoming CFO on October 1.
Mattsson has made the decision to spend more time with his family, Zeal said, but he will remain as a special advisor to the company until early 2024.
Bielski, who has more than 10 years of experience in leading management functions at high growth, consumer-focused internet companies, as well as eight years in investment banking and private equity, will be responsible for Zeal’s finance, investor relations and all matters relating to ESG.
He said: “I am looking forward to taking on my new responsibilities and working together with the very ambitious management board team. Zeal is an extraordinary success story, and I am excited to accompany Zeal on its future growth path.”
Helmut Becker, CEO of Zeal, added: “With his capital market expertise and broad experience in building high-growth businesses, he is a perfect fit for Zeal who can support us with our ambitious growth agenda.”
Mattsson has also been CFO of Lotto24 since December 2019, with Andrea Behrendt, VG Group Controlling at Zeal, replacing him in that role from October 1, initially until March 2024.
