Wynn Interactive has withdrawn its application for an online gaming licence in the US state of New Jersey, reports NJ.com.
Wynn applied for a casino service industry enterprise licence in 2013, an application that was approved last year.
However, earlier this month a lawyer for Wynn Interactive submitted a letter to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, advising that “at this time, Wynn does not wish to proceed with its application.
“Therefore, kindly accept this correspondence as a formal request to withdraw such application.”
The reasons for the withdrawal have not been made public.
