World Poker Fund Holdings, the developer and operator of online technology, gaming platforms and brands, has announced a strategic partnership with World Kungfu Association Asia Pacific and Studio Tones to co-promote and market its mixed martial arts tournaments as well as its online and mobile platforms.
WKA is a leading martial arts organisation in Asia in which prominent sport figures such as Manny Pacquiao serves as a board member. WKA, along with many major Chinese MMA organisations, will be providing its tournament contents on Jukebucks, an online and mobile platform exclusively developed and managed by Studio Tones in Korea.
WPFH will tap into its extensive partnership and celebrity network as well as its subsidiary companies to help the new platform. Picking Duck, a premier online and mobile sports platform, will work closely with Jukebucks to share, co-develop and promote and WPFH will utilise its customer database to introduce the new platform to users in the US and Europe especially.
WPFH has also recently filed its Q3 results, with total revenues at US$2.5m and net income $2.45m in the nine months ended September 31, 2018.
Total stockholder’s equity was reported to be $14m, with short-term liability $0.98m and long-term liability $0.58m.
