UK high street bookmaker William Hill is pushing forward with its online presence, and aims to be one of the top four betting websites within the next three years.
Ralph Topping, chief executive officer of William Hill, said that the company now has 450,000 online customers and hopes to add another 50,000 to this number once the technology powering its online suite of gaming sites is improved.
Orbis will now be developing the bookmaker’s new gaming system after Hill made the mistake of trying to develop the system in-house, costing £22m in the process.
