Webroute Services has put the world's fastest-growing online gaming pursuit, bingo, together with the world's most popular board game, Monopoly, and come up with Bingopoly, a new online game.
In a game familiar to all who have ever tried the property-based family favourite, Bingopoly sees players gaining points for landing on certain streets or properties. The more points you gain the better your chance of being in the top three winning positions at the end of the tournament.
But as with the original board game, any moves can also be perilous. A penalty of 20 points is levied against a player who is unlucky enough to ‘bingo’ on a number that sees them sent to Paupers Prison. They can also incur a penalty if they are unlucky enough to be suffering with the familiar bingo player’s curse of “one to go blues.”
