W2 Global Data has appointed David Hunter as chairman of its board of directors.
Commenting on the appointment, W2 CEO Warren Russell said: “To have been able to attract a chairman of David’s calibre shows how well regarded the W2 proposition is in the market place and I am delighted to be able to welcome David to chair our board.”
Hunter, a former CEO of Ukash and paysafecard, and an ex-managing director of ClickandBuy Europe, said: “I have been looking for a long time to get involved in an exciting and innovative provider of know-your-customer and anti-fraud solutions.
“I am excited about what I can add to W2 and know that the team here will work tirelessly to ensure they reach their goals,” he said.
