Ragnar Hellenius has decided to step down as CFO for Unibet. Henrik Tjärnström, a company board member since 2003, is taking over as interim CFO, with effect from March 31.

"Ragnar Hellenius has been with the group since March 2007," said Unibet CEO Petter Nylander. "His contribution in connection with the Maria Holdings acquisition has been very valuable."

Nylander went on to state that Unibet is "on track" to achieve its financial targets for 2010 and will continue the organic growth strategy with focus on maximising profits.

"The company will not focus on any major acquisitions but potentially minor in the short term future," he concluded.
