Datasprint, which enables i-gaming operators’ marketing teams to better understand and grow player value, has launched SprintVIP, a new software product that helps operators enhance their VIP operations.

SprintVIP is designed to help operators identify new VIPs more quickly and efficiently, manage regular VIP playing patterns and spot the VIP players that are in danger of lapsing.
“We have designed SprintVIP because we believe VIPs - the most valuable part of [an operator’s] business - is often overlooked when it comes to providing VIP management staff with supporting tools methodology and knowhow,” said a Datsprint spokesperson.
