Scoreconnect, which offers user interaction services in the igaming industry, has partnered with operator Aposta 1 in Brazil.
Three Aposta 1 brands will make use of scoreconnect’s WhatsApp channel for personalised gaming experiences.
Scoreconnect’s Telegram Play will offer the operator direct betting, while the Telegram CRM aims to enhance customer relationships.
Other solutions the partnership will include are the Tipster Module for community engagement, the artificial intelligence-powered Game Suggestion Module and the Real-time Market Optimisation tool for odds adjustments.
