Software provider Betgenius has launched Genius Sports Group, its new parent company.

Betgenius will continue to focus on developing B2B betting solutions for operators, while Genius Sports Group will focus on data capture and distribution, monitoring and analytics.
The new company will adopt the same leadership as Betgenius to maintain continuity in business management.
