The company’s yearly EBITDA increased by 24.8 per cent to €27.1m, while in Q4 alone, its EBIT increased by 100.4 per cent to €6.3m.

Aspire Global says its revenue increase of 37.6 per cent from Q4 2019 was likely driven by “strong development in the B2B segment and the acquisition of leading sportsbook provider BtoBet in September 2020.”

The company also saw organic growth of 30.8 per cent from Q4 2019.

In a statement, Tsachi Maimon, CEO, said: “Our potential for further growth is huge. We have succeeded in establishing Aspire Global as a powerhouse for igaming operators and see great opportunities for continued profitable growth.

"Our recent wins with tier-one operators, our broad geographic footprint in four continents and outstanding offering provide us with a solid base for further expansion.”
