Microgaming has claimed a Guinness World Record for the largest jackpot payout in an online slot.
On October 6, Microgaming’s Mega Moolah slot broke the existing record when UK player Jon Heywood scooped £13,213,838.
Guinness World Records confirmed the win as a record after receiving evidence from operator Betway and Microgaming and ratification from eCOGRA. Microgaming shares the achievement with Betway and the jackpot winner himself.
