Lapin will now oversee business focus, efficiency, profit and loss and internal processes. Playson’s strategy, product portfolio and culture will also be on his agenda.

Lapin will continue performing the duties of chief operating officer, which include improving the supplier’s product portfolio.

He said: “I have enjoyed working alongside my team at Playson for many years and look forward to having the honour of taking on more responsibilities in the company. “We continue to steadily increase our presence in regulated markets and seek to release trendsetting new content. I am pleased to lead our growing team to achieve these ambitious goals.”

Playson CEO Alex Ivshin said Lapin has “contributed greatly” to the company’s success since joining in 2017.

“We look forward to seeing Vsevolod step into this new role, where his rich experience and talent will enable us to reach our full potential across regulated markets worldwide,” Ivshin added.
