Perfect World Entertainment, a publisher of free-to-play online games has signed an agreement with PaymentOne to deploy 'no credit required' payment options.
Perfect World will be able to offer its consumers the option to use PaymentOne’s PhoneBill service, a safe and convenient payment solution.
