PENN Entertainment is offering its 26 million loyalty members more ways to participate with the brand through its new PENN Play loyalty programme.

PENN Play replaces the company’s mychoice programme and is available across retail and online, including PENN destinations and through Barstool Sportsbook & Casino.
Players can earn PENN cash through gaming, dining shopping or hotel stays across the company’s verticals.
Highlights of the loyalty programme include access to a new marketplace featuring various retailers, where members can redeem gifts and earn tier points and PENN cash on everyday items. A new rewards website and mobile app, meanwhile, will allow members to track their progress towards rewards redeemable wherever they play.
Jay Snowden, chief executive officer and president of PENN Entertainment, said the rebrand is part of the company’s strategy to “better align all of our brands under the PENN umbrella” and create a “more omni-channel experience,” which he backed to have a “meaningful impact” on PENN’s overall performance.
To mark the launch, PENN has unveiled a promotional campaign which will give away US$1.5m in PENN Cash and prizes to members.
