Video bingo game development company Patagonia Entertainment has acquired AutoGameSys gaming platform in a transaction valued at €20m.

The AGS platform will now provide a solution with local and international payment processing capability, over 2,000 games from a  range of content providers, and a sports betting platform with over 20,000 pre-match and live events each month, including live video streaming of sports.

Patagonia’s platform features sportsbook, casino, live casino, video bingo, virtual games and esports.

These sit alongside video bingo games and numerous aggregated third party titles following previous deals with Wplay.co, Play’n Go, Betconstruct, Betmotion, Big Bola, Doradobet, MundiFortuna and NetBet, with various new ones to be announced in the future.
