PartyGaming Board of directors' member resigns

John Davy is to resign from his position on the board of directors at PartyGaming.

Citing personal reasons, Davy will remain as a director at the company until a successor is chosen. The news follows an announcement made in January by John O’Malia, group managing director, that he too would be stepping down at the end of February. Jim Ryan, group chief executive, is to take up the vacant position.
