Oryx Gaming and SoftSwiss have entered the regulated igaming market in Romania, the companies have announced.

Omni-channel platform Oryx enables operators to manage their product suite using one shared account and one wallet for casino, lottery, sportsbook, bingo, poker and other operations. The Romanian licence allows the company to roll out its Aggregator content comprising over 5,000 games.
The SoftSwiss Game Aggregator, which connects content from a portfolio of providers, now holds a B2B Class 2 gaming licence. For developers, the licence permits the offering of services to online and land-based establishments licensed by the Romanian government.
Matevz Mazij, CEO at Oryx Gaming, said: “Regulated markets form a key part of our growth strategy and entering Romania is a fantastic opportunity for our business. We are hoping to receive a great deal of interest from operators active in the Romanian territory, who are looking to improve Omni-channel capabilities and offer an extended portfolio of igaming content.”
A SoftSwiss spokesperson said: “Being fully compliant to offer its services for the seventh largest state in the EU, SoftSwiss is looking forward to establishing bold new partnerships in the region.”
