Total Q3 2023-24 igaming revenue in Ontario of CA$658m translated to a 44 per cent increase year-on-year, up from $457m.

Quarter-on-quarter, the figure rose 22 per cent from Q2.
Total wagers without promotions, iGaming Ontario said in its latest report, reached $17.2bn, up 21 per cent from Q2 and rising significantly year-on-year from $11.53bn.
In the latest reporting period, casino games including slots, live and computer-based table games as well as peer-to-peer bingo accounted for almost $13.7bn (79 per cent) of total wagers.
This category of games also accounted for $471m (71 per cent) of gaming revenue.
Betting including on sports, esports, prop and novelty bets, as well as exchange betting, accounted for nearly $3.1bn (18 per cent) of total wagers and $171m (25 per cent) of gaming revenue.
Peer-to-peer poker accounted for $431m (2.5 per cent) of total wagers and $17m (2.5 per cent) of gaming revenue.
iGaming Ontario added that about 1.2 million player accounts were active during Q3 and that average monthly spend per active player account was $186.
