NYX Interactive announced on the first morning of the Online Bingo Summit this week that it has acquired the bingo network operator Cashball.
NYX Interactive has acquired 100 per cent of the shares of the Isle of Man-based Cashball from Bonnier Lottery. Cashball has a number of customers in Spain, Sweden and the UK.

"Bonnier Lottery sees the value in this approach and will continue be a close partner to Cashball and NYX Interactive. Their focus will remain on the parts of the business that are closer to Bonnier’s core values such as distribution, marketing channels, content and brands."
