New York’s mobile sports betting gross gaming revenue climbed by 32.4 per cent year-on-year in April, after a 6.8 per cent decline in March.

Revenue in the latest reporting period hit US$183.8m, up from $138.8m last April.
Month-on-month, the New York State Gaming Commission reported that revenue rose 21.2 per cent from March’s $151.7m.
The rise in revenue was matched by higher sports betting handles in both comparisons.
April’s handle of $1.96bn was up by 27.2 per cent year-on-year and by 2.6 per cent month-on-month.
FanDuel was the highest-grossing mobile sportsbook in New York in April, posting handle of $780.5m and revenue of $91m.
DraftKings followed behind with handle of $737m and revenue of $63.2m.
