Mindway AI will aim to enhance player protection and promote responsible gambling practices for Netherlands-based operator BetCity as part of a fresh collaboration.
The Entain-owned operator will gain access to Mindway AI’s GameScanner tool to analyse player behaviour patterns and detect early signs of problem gambling.
Rasmus Kjaergaard, CEO of Mindway AI, said the company can provide a "comprehensive and effective solution that prioritises player protection and minimises the risks associated with gambling-related harm."
BetCity's head of responsible gaming development and research, Iris den Boer, added the operator is “convinced we can take the next step in responsible gambling.”
