The Malta Gaming Authority has cancelled the licence held by Rush Gaming – only weeks after suspending the company’s accreditation.

In January, the Maltese regulator said Rush Gaming “failed to comply with one or more applicable obligations in terms of any regulatory instrument or any other applicable law of Malta.”

The MGA has now cancelled the company’s licence and ordered it to notify all players of the cancellation by email within seven days.

The regulator has also ordered Rush Gaming to settle all outstanding fees due to the MGA.

Rush Gaming must also remove with “immediate effect” any reference to the MGA.
