Lottery messenger service LottoGopher has signed a letter of intent to acquire a database and customer book of online lottery customers.
The database includes approximately 170,000 US active customers for lottery tickets online, past customers and registered leads. The transaction is subject to various conditions, including finalising the purchase price, approval of each party’s board of directors and entering into a definitive binding agreement.
LottoGopher is a lottery messenger service that allows users to order and manage their state lottery tickets online using a debit or credit card.
