Light & Wonder has acquired a 20 per cent stake in slot studio Bang Bang Games, which operates in the UK and across European markets.
Bang Bang Games had already been part of Light & Wonder’s Spark program, which assists developers with content development and market expansion.
Light & Wonder said Bang Bang Games is “gaining momentum” across North America and said it believes now is the “perfect time to scale” its collaboration with the company.
“Being part of the Light & Wonder Spark program has already opened up fantastic opportunities for us, and this investment is a strong endorsement of the work we’re doing,” said Frank McPolin, CEO of Bang Bang Games.
“With Light & Wonder’s support, we’re in a great position to build on that momentum, grow our reach, and deliver even more bold, creative content to players globally.”
