Maksym Liashko, managing partner of Energame and the CEO of Parimatch group, has handed in his resignation.
Liashko has managed Ukraine-based Parimatch since April 2022. Then, in the winter of 2023, he was named the managing partner of management consultancy and investment firm Energame.
Energame and Parimatch will, in the interim, be managed directly by relevant corporate boards supported by a cadre of capable and long-standing senior staff that enjoy the full confidence of the shareholders.
All of the group’s companies continue operating as normal while the shareholders have initiated a search for the new CEO to lead the group and continue to deliver the outstanding level of services to customers and partners worldwide.
