Jadestone Networks has entered into a long-term game service partnership with Italian Fueps, an online games company jointly owned by RCS and Digital Bros, the biggest Italian player in the domestic distribution of video games and one of the leading distributors in Europe.
Fueps, one of Italy’s top gaming sites with more than one million unique visitors, has chosen Jadestone to offer its GamArena suite of premium skill games to players in Italy and Spain.
What makes this unique from Jadestone’s perspective is that the business model is different from the usual rake-based skill games formula.
When the games hit the market, it will be on a customised version of the GamArena platform, where revenues come from subscription fees and advertising instead of rakes.
