International Game Technology has completed the previously announced purchase of substantially all of the assets of Cyberview Technology.

The acquisition was approved by Cyberview’s shareholders on July 4.

In addition, IGT has executed the also previously announced licence agreement with Cyberview. That agreement provides IGT access to certain Cyberview patents and technology not included in the asset purchase.
