Tuesday, February 26, is set to be a red-letter day for i-gaming in New Jersey with the Garden State widely expected to become the second in the US, after Nevada, to approve online gambling.

The state legislature will vote on an amended bill that now incorporates the conditions set out by state governor Chris Christie when he vetoed the legislation around a fortnight ago. Christie is expected to sign the bill into law soon after.
Meanwhile, following Nevada's landmark approval of interstate online gambling last week, current estimates value a future US online casino market at anything from $4bn to $10bn a year.
