GVC is involved in both the B2C and B2B markets and has four business segments with brands such as Bwin, Sportingbet, Gamebookers, Partypoker, Foxy Bingo and Gioco Digitale.

In other news, GVC has announced the completion of the sale of its payment processing business, the Kalixa Group, which completed on May 31.

Senjō Group has acquired the business in a deal worth €29m, though Kalixa will continue to provide payment processing services to GVC post-completion under an existing contract.
