Online sports betting operator Grosvenorsport.com is the new sponsor of the Celebration Mile, which takes place at Goodwood Racecourse, UK, on Saturday.
The Celebration Mile is the highlight of Goodwood’s three-day August Bank Holiday meeting, which begins on Friday. Famous previous winners include Selkirk, Cape Cross and Raven’s Pass.
Steve Munns, head of Grosvenor Sport, said: “We are really excited to be sponsoring the Grosvenor Sport Celebration Mile, which is always a great race at one of the most beautiful racecourses in the world. We make the progressive Beat The Bank and last year’s winner Lightning Spear 11/4 joint favourites.
