Genting International, the investment holding company owned by Malaysia's giant Genting Group, has announced that its Genting Stanley Alderney subsidiary has received an online gaming licence from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.
"The permission to go live is still subject to AGCC’s approval of the internal control system and the gambling equipment," the company said. "Genting Stanley Alderney anticipates that its online gaming business would commence during the later part of the second quarter of 2008."
