Four gaming companies have received warnings and fines for unauthorised bonus offers in Sweden, where companies can only offer their customers a bonus at the first gaming opportunity.
The Swedish Gaming Inspectorate has found that four companies have violated the legislation by offering bonuses on repeated occasions. The body also believes that by distributing gifts to vulnerable players, the companies have breached their duty of care in relation to the players in question.
The measures have been taken against Casinostugan, ComeOn Sweden, Hajper Ltd and Faster Ltd.
