Italian gaming operator Vincitu has launched its online operations using Fast Track’s CRM platform.

The partnership between the companies began in 2024 but has now been extended to cover Fast Track’s player account management (PAM) system.
The CRM is designed to give clients deeper insights into player behaviour and trends to inform growth strategies.
“We’re keen to help them [clients] deliver personalised 1:1 experiences to players and truly connect with their audiences, building long-term brand loyalty,“ said Simon Lidzén, co-founder and CEO at Fast Track.
Christian Saviano, CEO at Vincitu Group, said the solution will allow the operator to create “highly personalised, real-time player experiences while gaining valuable insights into player behaviour.”
