James Gregson, former digital marketing manager at Betfred, has launched WeDisrupt, a new performance marketing agency targeting clients in the gaming sector to help them track, better understand and effectively use key metrics to drive performance.

The agency, based at The Shed in Manchester city centre, was co-founded with Tanya Hemphill and will help clients by demystifying paid media and advising clients in the gambling sector who are finding it difficult to accurately attribute value to their ad spend.

WeDisrupt will work with partners to better equip them to measure, learn from and build upon key performance metrics to drive acquisition and lifetime value.

Gregson said: “We have recognised an opportunity in the sector because now more than ever brands want to drive quantifiable and measurable returns on their marketing investments. There has been a real shift away from last click attribution defining acquisition strategies and as a result operators need to better integrate, measure and optimise both their brand and performance media investments for optimal output”.
