Evolution has been fined US$7,500 in the US for failings at its live dealer studio in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board said the company allowed an “unauthorised person” to enter various locations within the studio suite.
A dressing area for employees was among the areas of the property mentioned by the regulator.
Separately, Pennsylvania’s gambling watchdog has also banned three adults from all casinos in the state for leaving minors unattended in order to engage in gaming activities.
