The operator’s BetRivers brand went live on Wednesday via the Delaware Lottery after a soft launch with the regulator.

The First State’s three online casinos – Delaware Park, Bally’s Dover Casino and Harrington Raceway & Casino – have also been reworked with new games.

RSI CEO Richard Schwartz labelled the launch of the new online sportsbook and casino “historic” and “much anticipated,” and said the launch into Delaware “builds on our proven track record of success in the Mid-Atlantic Region of Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey.”

RSI has struck a five-year term to operate online gaming for the Delaware Lottery, with extensions available at the discretion of the regulator.

While the Delaware Park and Harrington Casino & Raceway platforms are available through BetRivers, Bally’s Dover Casino offers its own standalone app and website.

Helene Keeley, Director of the Delaware Lottery, said: “RSI’s commitment to responsible gaming, quality products, breadth of gaming content and customer service are key reasons we are so excited to partner with them.”
