Delaware will officially be the first state outside of Nevada to offer single-game sports betting in the US.
Publicly-traded Dover Downs, Delaware Park and Harrington casinos will offer sports betting beginning next Tuesday.
Delaware already has legal parlay betting on NFL games and in late May the Department of Finance and attorney general said the Delaware Lottery had the legal authority to expand to single-game betting. Lottery and casino staff training began this week.
