The Danish Gambling Authority is inviting comments on new requirements on game data reporting that are set to come into force in 2025.

Among the alterations are the addition of a requirement that bets on fixed odds must be reported as independent transactions.

There will also be new obligations for reporting RNG used for virtual fixed odds.

The regulator, Spillemyndigheden, is also looking to introduce a requirement that a casino session cannot be interrupted in the middle of a move, as well as to wanting to clarify different poker types an how they are reported.

While the final date for the introduction of the changes has not been revealed, “a possible transition period will be described in connection with the issuing of the updated requirements for reporting game data,” the regulator said.

It is inviting comments on the changes until Monday June 10.
