Sports betting revenue in Colorado rose by 14 per cent year-on-year in February to US$25.8m, but there was a 52 per cent decline from January’s figure.

Indeed, February’s total dropped by over half from the previous month’s $53.5m.
Total net sports betting proceeds, meanwhile, reached $11.7m in February, dropping 2.6 per cent from $12m a year ago.
Month-on-month, the figure dropped 69.7 per cent from $38.5m.
Total sports betting handle in Colorado in the latest reporting period, of $537m dropped 10 per cent month-on-month but rose by 26.3 per cent from last February’s $425.1m.
Subsequent sports betting taxes in the US state for February, which amounted to $1.3m, rose 3.6 per cent year-on-year but dropped 68.5 per cent from January.
