It has been reported that Bwin, which recently purchased 10 per cent of Gioco Digitale, is now interested in fully acquiring the Cioco Digitale brand name.

The company is reportedly keen to enter Italy because of the potential that the Italian gaming market has to offer.

This deal, which is speculated to be completed by the end of this year, would further reinforce Bwin’s international presence, as well as introduce a brand new range of games to the Italian egaming market.
