Sports betting media group Better Collective has increased its ownership to 90 per cent of the shares in Mindway AI.
It exercised its option to acquire a further 70 per cent of the software company that specialises in artificial intelligence and neuroscience to identify, prevent and intervene in at-risk and problem gambling for €2.2m.
Better Collective made an initial investment in Mindway in 2019, taking nearly 20 per cent of the company. The outstanding 10 per cent is held by Kim Mouridsen, founder of Mindway AI.
