BetMGM has been fined over US$250,000 in Pennsylvania for allowing a self-excluded player onto its online platform on over 150 occasions.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) ordered the €260,905 penalty after the operator after the operator allowed the player onto its platform 152 times.

“Licensed operators of igaming sites in Pennsylvania must deny individuals on the self-exclusion list from establishing or maintaining an interactive gaming site,” the state regulator said.

Elsewhere, the PGCB has fined Rush Street Gaming €13.800 for failing to file a principal licence renewal application for its chief financial officer Mark Arndt.

Stadium Casino Westmoreland, the operator of Live! Casino Pittsburgh, has been haned a $7,500 fine for using revoked software on 11 of its slot machines.
