The businesses said they hope to improve the way igaming companies onboard partners and conduct due diligence and searches for financial services.

Binderr’s platform will provide BetComply partners with access to a marketplace of financial, legal and corporate services.

BetComply CEO Daniel Brookes said Binderr’s solution will make the “time-consuming, manual due diligence process” of onboarding a client and helping them with market entry and licensing “significantly simpler.”

Zak Rose, chief operating officer at Binderr, said igaming “wasn’t our initial target market” but said discussions with a number of companies in the sector informed its decision to enter the industry.

“By centralising due diligence and making compliance processes smarter and repeatable, we help remove friction from market entry and ongoing operations,” Rose said.
