Online sports betting broker Bet IT Best is to attend next month’s Web Summit 2015 as part of the event’s prestigious Alpha programme.
In just five years, Web Summit has grown from a relatively small 400-attendee conference when launched to attracting 30,000 visitors to the 2014 event.
As part of Web Summit’s Alpha class, Bet IT Best has been named as one of the world’s most promising early-stage start-ups, offering the company enhanced access to the media and a higher profile at the event.
Bet IT Best CEO Nico Jansen said: “Forbes stated Web Summit is ‘where the tech world meets’ and we can’t wait to be a part of it. Especially as we have been elected as a member of the Alpha class programme. This indicates we’re doing things right!”
This year’s Web Summit will feature insight from more than 1,000 speakers from a diverse range of backgrounds, including presentations from Ed Catmull, president of Pixar Animation Studios; Sean Rad, co-founder and CEO of Tinder; and Chris Froome, Team Sky’s two-time Tour de France winner.
Web Summit 2015 takes place on November 3-5 at RDS Main Hall in Dublin, Ireland.
