Bally’s is continuing on its path to becoming a multi-channel gaming operator through the acquisition of Ireland-based B2B free-to-play game provider SportCaller for €20m in cash and 221,391 Bally shares.

The acquisition will allow Bally to launch its own free-to-play games this year and will expand its player database in states that currently do not allow sports betting.
SportCaller supplies more than 100 free-to-play games in more than 20 languages and 37 countries. The company’s games include prediction, quiz and trivia.
The purchase will give Bally land-based casinos, igaming, sports betting, daily fantasy sports and free-to-play games.
Bally recently announced its acquisition of daily fantasy sports operator Monkey Knife Fight.
