On February 17, Georgia’s Court of Appeal upheld a lower court ruling that Spribe had registered Aviator’s trademarks in bad faith.

“Meanwhile, related legal battles in the EUIPO and UK are advancing, with Spribe facing final deadlines to respond after multiple extensions,” Aviator said.

“Aviator remains committed to protecting its IP globally and plans to take legal action against unauthorised use to uphold its licensing agreement and safeguard the Aviator brand in the gambling industry.”

Flutter Entertainment and Aviator recently settled their own legal dispute over the game.

The parties struck a long-term commercial partnership, which will see Aviator-branded online games being marketed and distributed internationally by Flutter.
