Aristocrat expects to reach US$1bn in revenue from its Aristocrat Interactive segment by 2029.

The target was mentioned during its investor meeting on Wednesday and represents a compound annual growth rate of 20 per cent.

Aristocrat recently launched its Interactive brand, which connects the operations of Anaxi, NeoGames, Aspire Global, BtoBet and Pariplay under one brand.

Don Carducci of JP Morgan said the opportunity for the business is significant and could add to Aristoctrat’s market-leading position in land-based gaming.

Carducci noted the target implies $270m in EBITDA at margins around 30 per cent, which would be 50 per cent higher than current EBITDA estimates.

The slowdown of legislation for online gaming in the US is the main risk to the target, with additional regulation needed to meet the 2029 goal.
