Aristocrat Technologies has been granted an interactive gaming licence from the Nevada Gaming Commission.

The decision was made on the unanimous recommendation of the Nevada Gaming Control Board. The licence allows Aristocrat to provide online poker technological services to Nevada-licensed interactive operators. Aristocrat’s free-to-play solution nLive has already gone live in casinos around the country. It provides operators with B2B solutions in social gaming, wager-ready online gaming, managed services and online poker.
Aristocrat Technologies president Atul Bali said: “This latest news is a very important milestone for two reasons. First, it further validates our aggressive online strategic vision. Second, being licensed to provide our interactive gaming services in Nevada, a state that is leading the online gaming charge in the US, puts us in a very strong position for future activity.”
Nevada legalised online poker in February 2013 and was the first state to do so within the US.
